Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm a charter, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% must be paid one month before the start of the charter or cruise.

In the Event of a Cancellation:

• One month before the start of the charter: Full refund of the amount paid.
• 29 to 15 days before the start of the charter: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• From 14 to 7 days before the start of the charter: 30% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 7 days before the start of the charter: No refund.

In the event of a cancellation due to our fault, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
